 Since early September this year, ADEUNIS RF has begun offering a support division staffed by highly qualified technicians to respond to requests from its clients for their needs relating to the configuration and installation of ADEUNIS RF equipment and devices.
The principal mission of this support division is to assist, and perhaps also educate, our customers during these various installation steps and to thereby reinforce the perceived quality of our service offerings.
To accomplish this, a gamut of tools has been brought to the fore:
• A technical system hosting all of our supported products. Using this platform system, the team of specialists can then faithfully recreate the configuration as installed at the customer's premises, and thereby accurately guide configuration of those systems step by step.
• In parallel to that, there has been the development of a new CRM system. This makes it possible for us to customise our service to each customer, tracking and monitoring their issues and problems and building a history of service interventions and solutions. This monitoring allows us to develop a global vision of the situation at the client's premises and to deliver responses that best meet their particular needs.
• And last, but certainly not least, a complete range of training courses for the installation and configuration of our products is offered to all our clients; training courses that can be delivered either at our customers' sites or on our own premises.
