The company :
Founded in 1993, ADEUNIS RF is specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing wireless transmission systems. Located in the Alps in the French “silicon valley”, our offices are surrounded by well-known international companies, head offices, public research centers and organizations in Electronics.
The product ranges are Wireless Electronic Modules and Wireless Stand-alone products. An important part of our business is also based on customized products. Our solutions are used in industrial automation, transportation, energy management, building automation and many other professional markets. To sustain our business growth & achieve our long-term objectives, we are developing our sales team in European strategic places as Germany.

You :
As a field sales person, you know that perseverance is a necessary asset to fulfill objectives and reach the targets given by your manager. You know that a “face to face meeting” is the most efficient way to close a deal and to be ahead of your competitors. You are results-oriented.

You appreciate customer contact and you can build long term strong relationship with your customers, partners and distributors. You have good interpersonal skills, you are self-motivated and autonomous (cold calls, prospection, business trips …). You have the capability to find and close deals and contracts.

You understand the importance of teamwork, by collaborating efficiently with your colleagues from R&D and Sales Departments. You like working in technical environment and have some knowledge in electronics, wireless technologies or radiofrequency. You are used to work in B2B, on various markets (industrial & relative to electronic equipment conception sectors).

Missions :
In charge of creating and developing the revenue in Germany in compliance with company rules and policies, your main mission is the Business Development:

  • Identify, contact and meet key accounts for each vertical market in order to find and close projects.
  • Identity and build efficient partnership with technical partners, resellers and distributors.

You will have a weekly reporting session the Director of International Sales on revenue, forecast, project status and business development actions. Participation is required to quarterly meetings at company’s HQ in France.

As the specialist of the German market, you will also provide information about appropriate trade shows to participate, competition, new products and technologies required by customers.

Know-how

  • German is your first language and you are fluent in English.
  • Ideally bicultural background: German and French
  • You have technical skills in electronics and/or wireless.
  • And you have a first experience in B2B sales.

  • Home office, based in Germany or closed to.
